Kuala Lumpur is full of revelations. It’s both modern and poor, from shopping centres with roller coasters and free city buses with free wifi and air conditioning. Yet sitting along side are buildings leaking with water and a cockroach infestation. It’s a mixture of bad and good however the one thing that seems to be a constant positive is the politeness of the people. (Minus Taxi drivers who try and rip you off. Best to use Uber or Grab – Malaysian version of Uber)
I love this city and would recommend anyone to spend at least one week here to truly get to grips with everything this place has to offer. Most people just spend two days here, two days is not enough if you want to get a real feel for the city.
Come to Kuala Lumpur, experience the food, the night life and the people. You won’t regret it.
